How to make a cute butterfly craft from t-paper roll
Springtime is always fun and spring crafts add to the learning experience of new life and freshness. This time, butterflies are getting ready to burst out from their long sleep inside their delicate shells.
This is a fun one. Are you ready?
Things we need:
- A toilet paper roll
- One chenille stem
- A pair of googly eyes
- A pair of small pompoms
- A piece of paper (about the height of the t-paper roll.
- Your regular art and craft materials and tools.
Now here are the steps:
- As in the photo above, fold the paper and cut a B-shape at the loose end. This will become the wings of the butterfly after you open the folded B.
- Apply some paint to one part of the folded paper, not making it too watery. Fold the paper and press down so that the paint is transferred to the other side of the paper. Open it up and wait for it to dry.
- Paint the t-paper roll with the colors of your choice. Wait for this to dry.
- Cut your chenille stem into a preferred length and hot glue the pompoms to the tips. This will make the antennas of the butterfly.
- Apply the eyes to the body and the antennas, from the inside of the tube.
- Time to apply the wings of the butterfly.
