Make a fun paper whale craft
Let’s make a craft whale out of paper. This project is easy and should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. Parent supervision is required. Let’s get started.
What we need:
- Card stock in blue and white colors.
- Googly eyes and your regular crafting materials and tools.
Let’s start by cutting out two circles of about 5 inches in diameter, one in blue and another in white. Then cut out 3 smaller blue circles, 1.5 inches in diameter.
Divide the white circle into two halves. Fold the blue circle into two and glue the white half circle into the folded blue circle. Fold each of the other three blue circles into two. Cut out tiny circles from the other half of the white card. or you can skip this and just paint dots on the whale later. Glue two of the folded small blue circles together to make the flukes (tail) and the other blue to the fins. Attach the eyes and decorate the back of the whale with dots!
You have your whale craft completed!
