How To Make A Simple Paper Bird Craft At Home

There are many beautiful birds in many beautiful places on Earth. In this activity, we are just being creative and hope to create our own beautiful bird. Go wild with your colors and see what you can come up with. This bird craft activity should take about 30 minutes. Parent supervision is needed at all times.

What we need:

Card stock of a variety of colors.
One Googly eye
Your regular crafting materials

Cut out the main body of the bird from your card color of choice, with a circle 5 inches in diameter. Fold it into two.
Cut our three other circles from other card colors, of about 2.5 inches in diameter. One would One of these would be folded and used for the bill. The others would be folded and used for the wings.
Cut out three small rectangles that you can use for the tail feathers.
To fix the bill (beak) cut the tip of the large circle and just glue the bill into it. Fix the eyes, wings, and tail feathers. Share your work with us.
