How to make a simple lion craft
Roar! Let’s make a lion. If you are learning about the letter L or animals in the jungle, be sure to add this cute project to the activity. Parent supervision is required. Let’s get started.
What we need:
A pair of googly eyes will be needed. Then, we also need some colored card stock. For this project, we used brown, orange, yellow, and black. Finally, make sure you have your regular crafting tools!
- Cut an orange circle card about 4 inches in diameter. Cut out a second brown card slightly larger than the orange card. Finally, cut a rectangle out of the yellow card.
- Trim out small triangles off the brown circle and glue them to the orange circle.
- Cut small half circles from the yellow card to use as ears and a small black circle to use as the nose.
- Fix the face of the lion and attach it to the head.
