Packet Detail
- Letter-size 8.5″ x 11″ worksheet Pdf
- 20 printable activities on two-letter beginning sounds
In this packet, your early reader will learn about the first two letters that combine to make the sound of the pictures. Essentially, they will learn to sound a consonant and a short vowel together. Once they master the skill of the consonant-vowel sound, the accompanying pictures will help them to complete reading the words.
But that is not all.
As the student sounds and reads the letters, they will also be writing the sound combinations in the activities to reinforce what they have read. This way, they can memorize it too. Some of the activities include some cutting and pasting, and adult supervision is required.
Did you know?
You can laminate this printable for durability and let your kids trace the lines using dry erase markers. This way they can repeat their favorite activity over and again.
